Problem that you encountered and how you managed to solve/manage it
Running through the almost empty staircase and the corridors, I desperately glanced around the surroundings. I stopped short
to take a breather, as sweat profusely trickled down my neck. I desperately checked my pockets once more, but to no avail.
Possible worst scenarios flashed through my mind as my eyes began to fill with tears. It could be anywhere... In anyone's unsuspecting pocket, under a table, on the floor, there were so many places to look, and so little time. No way I would give up looking for it though. I got my strength back and dashed ahead. Eventually, I traced back to my last place that I remember of my wallet. I stopped infront to the door of the Prefectorial Board Room. Opening the door with hope, I stormed in...
Hello readers. :)
You might be wondering what the preface of this post was about. Well, I shall continue the story.
As I rushed into the room brightly-lit by the sunshine from the window and cooled by the slow wind fr
om the swirling ceiling fans, all I saw was the normal picture of the room which was inscribed in my mind. Recalling my memories, I anxiously retraced what I had done in the room. My concerned prefect friends asked me what the matter was, which disrupted my thoughts. Oh yeah! I had sit on the sofa before going off for choir practice. I knew it all along. How dumb of me. It was a baggage to keep in my pocket so I had taken it out for a while and left it on the sofa. I rushed to dig around the edges of the violet leather sofa. My face broke out into a relieved smile my hands fished out an old converse blue-coloured wallet...
Well, so you get the story of what I had been through today. It was really nerve-breaking for me when I lost my wallet. Actually I had been carrying a super rare SNSD ( a really famous korean girl group) collection card which I had planned to show off to my friend. It is nothing much to feel so desperate for? Well, it was really special to me. I definitely realised that I should not have brought the card in the first place as the school regulations of not playing with cards. I also felt that if I was carrying such an important possession to me, I should be aware and take care of it so that it wouldn't be lost or anything.
Time to end my post here for the day. Today was really dramatic as much this post appealed to you. Today also marks the end of the blog assignment. Hope you readers had as much fun as I had fun writing the blog posts.
This is where I take you,

Moment spent alone which I enjoyed
All my homework was done, and my self-studying was enough for the day. I curled up with the book "Pendragon : Never War" on my soft and inviting sofa and started flipping the pages right away.

In this post I'd like to share this science novel/ fantasy book series "The Pendragon Adventure". If you think this is a story about a pen-written dragon, well , you are wrong. This is about the chronicles of Bobby Pendragon , the main character , who travels through different space and time to save the universe. Sounds intriguing doesn't it? The fantasy world written in the book of Pendragon series has different 'territories' which are distinct space-time realities. And Bobby Pendragon is the 'Traveler'. As the name suggests, Travelers travel to different territories which are eventually reaching an important and critical turning point, to save them from Saint Dane , the antagonist , who tries to lead the territories to destruction. The immersing storyline is what kept my eyes glued to the book, but the language of the author is remarkable as well. Currently I have finished the third book of the series and there are seven more to go.
It was really a lucky coincidence that my friend , Shawn, and I found the Pendragon book in the library shelf and Shawn recommended the book to me. So now I am going to do the same to you readers. I recommend this book series to you. Hope you will get the same or more joy that I
had found whilst reading the books.
Well, many people would say that they are the happiest when engrossed in a hobby and it wasn't any different from me. I had been reading for three hours straight even without knowing the time passing by! It was worth it though that I finished the book. There was this satisfactory feeling of finishing the book and the curiosity of the mysteries that was in the next series. It was very soothing.
I'd also like to share this phrase I found in the internet.

When you experience something that brings joy to you,
and you can watch yourself improving and developing over time,
and enjoying in doing so,
then you found a passion.
That passion for me is reading.
Well, till the next post, bye!

Something that took place in school
Hello readers.
Today I went for a choir practice in the early morning for a Physical Training. During Physical Training, I played Captain's Ball. For those of you readers who are unfamiliar with this sport, I 'll explain the game to you. There are two 'Catchers" at the end of each side of the playing field. Then the team mates pass the ball to each other and eventually to the catcher to score a point; the teammates cannot run with the ball. A simple game isn't it? Well, it is
really fun. I get to be the Catcher everytime because of my height. It is not as fun as running around trying to score but it helps the team so I'm happy with that.
After the Physical Training, there was the main highlight of the day. Guess what? The new secondary 1 chorister juniors are here! How awesome is that. I am a senior in choir now. I loved the new feeling of being a choir senior especially during a voice warm-up. When I was new in choir during secondary 1, I had a big time problem with my pitch and my voice quality. Well, seeing the secondary 1s having trouble with keeping up with the fast going warm-ups made me realize how far I had come in choir. I was reminded of my secondary1 choir days when each practice was a really tough time as my pitching was
really bad, and had trouble singing along the warm-ups. Now, I smile during the warm-ups as I follow with accurate pitching. It happened that a new tenor junior is going to sit beside me during choir combined practices. We talked and got to know each other. He is a nice junior to have and I met him a couple of times before in school too.
Since, I had dedicated this blog post for my choir experience today, I posted a favourite choir song that I had learned in Victoria School Choir so far. The song title is 'When you believe'. We learnt it for the secondary1 Orientation day and I absolutely fell in love with this song when we sang it. Its not so sophisticated and artistic as some other songs but its still my favourite. Hope you enjoy listening to it. ( The second soloist is really good.) Also the song is sung by an other choir.
Well, till the next post, bye!
That's where you take me,

Something unusual that happened that day

Hello readers. I am going to write about an interesting thing that happened in school today. Well, the main highlight of the day is obviously the yellow flying visitor who seem to be comfortably nestling itself on the window. It happened during Mathematics class. Our Mathematics teacher was going through a worksheet on algebra which was making our minds wonder off to fantasy land. It was just then, a yellow object flew in through the door, and maneuvered skilfully through the deathly metal blades of the ceiling fan and settled down on the window right next to me. How great is that! Well, the boring Mathematics class suddenly turned to a frenzy of cheer and wowing. We were all concentrated on the single yellow bird who was happily chirping away. Smile formed on our Mathematics teacher as she tried to continue the lesson. She told us that the little bird wanted to attend her Maths lesson too. Throughout the lesson, the bird kept giving out a really high-pitched chirps which everytime made our heads turn around to look at it. Then, an idea flashed through my head. I thought this would be an awesome idea for my blog post and here I am writing about it! I asked our teacher whether we could take a photograph of our little bird friend for our blog assignment which she generously allowed. Soon the bird became a superstar and around my table was hordes of my classmates each taking a photograph of it. It was like a press conference or a photo-shoot and the bird was the star. Well, I took a few of my own and I uploaded the two best quality ones here. I hope you can feel the awesome presence of our little friend on the window!
Well, that was really interesting wasn't it.
Its time to end my post here. See you soon with more of my posts. Bye!
Thats where you take me,

Something that took place in school
Hello readers. :)
Interesting series of events happened in school yesterday and today. Well, on Friday, the school day went on fine.
The best thing of the day was probably the Home Economics period. We made Queen Cake. What's a Queen Cake? The queen cakes that we had made was very similar to a muffin or a cupcake. :) Probably because we could not bake a whole large cake to ourselves. And making the queen cake was a whole lot of fun!
With my cooking partner, Kevin, we received the ingredients and a small hand-held mixer and got to baking right away. We put on our aprons, bandanna and started to make the queen cakes. We used the mixer to mix the butter, eggs, flour, raisins and vanilla essence to make the cake mixture. Then we filled the paper cupcake cases with the cake mixture and baked them in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
The 20 minutes flew by as Kevin and I ran around busily cleaning up the kitchen. Our home economics teacher is really sensitive about cleanliness so we had to make sure all was clean or else her trademark scream would come flying to us. When we took out the lovely smelling queen cakes, I was really glad that they were not burnt and the colour was up to perfection. And more to my delight, our teacher graded our queen cakes full marks! Wow right? xD I've nvr gotten a 5/5 before and I was super happy. How great was that. :) The queen cakes tasted of heaven (I'm not exaggerating. It was the best that I've eaten) and I knew why she had given the full marks.
Well, after the home economics, it was already 1.40pm and I had to go for my choir by 2pm. So with my awaiting friend Shawn, we raced down to the canteen for a quick lunch before running off to choir room. Its really torturing to sing on an empty stomach . :)
Well, I shall describe about what happened in choir now. On Friday after school, our conductor had come. He was really disappointed at our attendance that day. At most 3/5 of the choir had come. It was due to a change in our usual practice schedule as many seniors had lessons till late on Thursday. There was a tense atmosphere during the practice. However, as the practice went on, we made some improvements on our singing and he was happy about it. How great. :)
On Saturday, we had follow ups on our previous practice and practised singing all the way from start to the end. After each singing practice, I noticed most of my friends, including me, would be so tired after standing and singing for a few hours. I hope this will all be worthwhile when we manage to get a gold with honours for our SYF. :)
Well, time to go. :)
This is a lyric from a song called Beautiful Ending. ( Fitting :D isn't it)
....So tell me
What is our ending?
Will it be beautiful
So beautiful?....
Good bye,
SooHan
p.s. The timeline for the blog grading of CA1 started yesterday. From now on, I shall write the best I could so please keep on visiting my blog! :D. I also changed the songs on the playlist so listen to them if you have time! :)

Hello there :D
Its already nearing the end of the weekdays and I cant wait to have my weekend rest. Since my last post on Tuesday, many things happened in school. Well, to start it off, it wasn't so good. On Wednesday, I got scolded by my geography teacher for talking. Talk about a rotten luck. There were others talking as well but I shouldn't have talked in the first place anyways. :( I was quite upset about it because our geography teacher had been changed this year and it was only her second lesson with us. Hope she doesn't get a bad impression of me. Oh well, I bet she don't even remember my name anyways. :D
In school today, there was a short prefect meeting in the morning. It all put us down when our exco senior said that we were receiving many complaints on our behaviour and actions. What a bad way to start off school isn't it? Guess I"ll have to work on my character then. :) Well, the rest of the day went pretty great. When PE time came I was daunted by the thought that we'll have to run 2.4km. Apparently many of my friends' classes had 2.4km run during their PE time. Guess what? We didn't run 2.4km. YAY :D We played soccer instead. Learning how to dribble well and passing. We also played a match for 30 minutes. Awesome isn't it. :) After PE, I was so exhausted to even breath properly. ><
For my prefect duty today during recess, I got the "mosquito-infested" Area3 that no prefects like. Its the staircase next to canteen exit which leads to the school field. As expected, those little annoying bugs were feeding off on my legs before I even noticed them. I had to walk around all the time as to save myself from the blook-thirsty mosquitos. Even with my hard efforts, I had gotten a few mosquito bites on my legs which tortured me today. After recess, lessons went on and something awesome happened again today. Our maths teacher did not come to class today! :D That is an ultra super duper rare occasion. I hope nothing bad happened to her by the way. ><>
Before I publish this post, I'd like to share with you the readers something again. :D ( I think I shall do this everytime) xD
I read it somewhere in the internet but cannot find the source. :( It is a question which kind of made me think.
Do you approach life with the magic...
the vulnerability...
and the curiosity of a child?
This made me miss what I had felt when I was a child. Questions of many things I didn't know back then made me excited as a child. :)
Well, bye ! :D and be sure to write something on my cbox too! It's getting lonely and needs to be filled. :)
This is where you take me,
SooHan
P.S Sorry for really long post >< . Also, I added an another amazing soundtrack from an anime "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" Hope you all enjoy it. :D Okay, really bye.

Anyeonghasaeyo. :) That means hello in korean. A nice word isn't it? Today during my english class, I felt like an ostrich dipping its head into the ground. Guess what, my blog got publicized to the whole class! Apparently the "Seeker" had come to Shawn's and my blog and wanted to share with the whole class. It was really embarrassing at first when my blog screen popped up on the large visualizer screen. It was soon relieved as positive responses came in. How nice. :) Many people liked the background music too! I knew they'll love it. Haha. I was really glad then. Luckily I havent post anything personal in my blog. :) Haha. Well, thats all for today's blog post. I shall write them everyday now. So please do drop by often if you have a spare time. :)Life is like a pianothe white keys representing happinessand the black keys representing the Sadness in between... but as life goes on you'll realize the black keys make music, too(copied from facebook like ) :DI found this while going around on facebook today. It was really nice so I wanted to share this with the readers. Bye :)
Let it shine,
Let your colours burst,

Hello everyone :) I've changed my new blog design because my old one was too plain. I love this much nicer version of my blog. I've added a chatbox ( please drop a comment there if you happen to drop by ) and a music player. In the music player i have added two of my current favourite songs. One of them is Ichibano takaramono. Its an OST from my favourite anime "Angel Beats". The other song is Dear old Nickki sung by Nikki Miraj who is my favourite female rapper.
Wow my blog is so green-ish now. :D Anyways I hope you will enjoy reading my blog more now.
Anyways, I'll blog about my school day today. Today was an interesting day indeed. I finally saw my junior from my primary school. He is himself a proud Victorian now. Its great! Also today was the day of O level results release. All the secondary 4 of last year came by our school today afternoon. Among them I saw a few familiar faces and exchanged greetings with them. I was really happy to see them after a quite long time. I had felt today that people come and go in my life. Like how my secondary 4 seniors have left the school and the new secondary 1 juniors have come and replaced their empty place.
Well, live life as it goes on :)
Be happy,
Soo Han
p.s. Shawn if you are reading my blog then look at the side of my blog. I've linked your blog to mine :D. Cool right? Haha! Bye!
